2. 6th April 2007 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005–
(a)paragraphs 8 and 9 of Schedule 15 (Private Security Industry Act 2001(1): Scottish extent), so far as those paragraphs extend to England and Wales, and in so far as they are not already in force; and
(b)section 171(1), so far as relating to those paragraphs in their extent to England and Wales.
