19.—(1) The Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2(4)(c) of Schedule 2 (Judicial Appointments Commission), after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “or a debt relief order has been made in respect of him or he has become the subject of a debt relief restrictions order,”.

(3) In paragraph 5(2)(e) of Schedule 3A (Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Ombudsman) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “, or a person in relation to whom a moratorium period under a debt relief order applies, or is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.

(4) In paragraph 1(4)(c) of Schedule 8 (Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “, or a debt relief order has been made in respect of him or he is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.

(5) In paragraph 1(4)(c) of Schedule 9 (Law Commissioners) after “bankruptcy restrictions order” insert “ or a debt relief order has been made in respect of him or he is the subject of a debt relief restrictions order”.
