Appointed days

2.—(1) 1st November 2012 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order, insofar as they confer power to make Regulations –

(a) Article 91 (Application for, and grant of, certificate of registration); and

(b) Article 95 (Application of this Order to private hospitals).

(2) 31st March 2013 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Order, insofar as they are not already in operation –

(a) Article 90 (Registration of private hospitals);

(b) Article 91 (Application for, and grant of, certificate of registration);

(c) Article 92 (Certificates of registration);

(d) Article 93 (Control of private hospitals);

(e) Article 94 (Cancellation of registration);

(f) Article 95 (Application of the Order to private hospitals); and

(g) Article 96 (Offences under Part VII).
