PART 1 STRANSITORY MODIFICATION OF ENACTMENTS

1SUntil its repeal by section 10(5) and schedule 3, paragraph 2 of the Schedule to the 1925 Act has effect as if for the words from “pleasure,” to “Board”, in the second place where it appears, there were substituted “ pleasure. The Scottish Ministers are to appoint a person as chairman of the Board ”.
