Notes
As far as possible, stick to the standard "Daily", "Monthly", "Quarterly", "Annually".
This may not always be accurate however, especially when updating is more erratic, so where necessary specify the event that leads to an update.
This information is only necessary for resources that are not static.
For drafts, create a separate IAR record for each draft, rather than regarding each draft as an update.
