Before issuing an authorisation, F4competent authorities shall ensure that the label of the product:
fulfils the requirements setting out in the Commission Regulation (EU) 547/20116,
also contains the information on protection of users required by F3retained EU law on worker protection,
specifies in particular the conditions or restrictions under which the plant protection product may or may not be used as referred to in points 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and 1.5 above.
The authorisation shall mention the particulars indicated in F2Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and in Regulation (EU) No 547/2011.
