F1 Substituted by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 984/2012 of 24 October 2012 amending Regulation (EC) No 391/2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 861/2006 as regards the expenditure incurred by Member States in implementing the monitoring and control systems applicable to the Common Fisheries Policy.

The operations were carried out in compliance with the objectives laid down in Regulation No 861/2006 and in Regulation (EC) No 391/2007, and with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 2371/2002, and in particular as regards:]
