Article 5 U.K.Compliance

1. Air carriers and, when so required, aircraft operators, as referred to in Article 2, shall demonstrate compliance with the insurance requirements set out in this Regulation by providing [F1 the UK competent authority] with a deposit of an insurance certificate or other evidence of valid insurance.
