CHAPTER 6 U.K. COMMITTEE, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Article 46 U.K. Entry into force and application

This Directive shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

Article 1, points (1) and (2) of Article 2, Articles 3, 4, 5 and 18 and Annexes I, V and VI shall apply from 20 April 2016.
