Article 5Reporting
Without prejudice to Commission Directive 94/3/EC(1), Member States shall notify the number and the results of the plant health checks carried out in accordance with Articles 2 and 3 of this Decision to the Commission using the reporting template in Annex II by 31 October 2013 for the period from 1 April 2013 to 30 September 2013, by 30 April 2014 for the period from 1 October 2013 to 31 March 2014, by 31 October 2014 for the period from 1 April 2014 to 30 September 2014 and by 30 April 2015 for the period from 1 October 2014 to 31 March 2015.
