Article 8 U.K. Methods for the demonstration and subtraction of exceedances attributable to natural sources or to winter-sanding or -salting

1. [F1 The appropriate authority must include in its data repository] the information set out in Part D of Annex II on the methods used for the demonstration and subtraction of exceedances attributable to natural sources or to winter-sanding or -salting applied within individual zones and agglomerations according to Articles 20 and 21 of Directive 2008/50/EC.

2. [F2 The appropriate authorities must include in their data repository] the information referred to in paragraph 1 F3 ... for a full calendar year no later than 9 months after the end of each calendar year.
