An adequate level of protection is offered by Japan to personal data transferred from the European Union by the European Commission to Japan in view of the mutual recognition of authorised economic operator programmes pursuant to JCCC Decision No 1/2010 for the purpose of implementation of JCCC Decision No 1/2010 in accordance with Article 9(1) and (2) of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.
