After exit day there will be three versions of this legislation to consult for different purposes. The legislation.gov.uk version is the version that applies in the UK. 1.The programmes for the eradication and monitoring of bluetongue submitted by Belgium, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland and Sweden are hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2011 to 31 December 2011.
2.The financial contribution by the Union:
shall include a lump sum of EUR 0,5 per domestic animal sampled;
shall be at the rate of 50 % of the costs to be incurred by each Member State referred to in paragraph 1 for:
the cost of carrying out the vaccination;
the cost of carrying out laboratory tests for virological, serological and entomological surveillance;
the purchase of traps and vaccines; and
shall not exceed the following:
EUR 390 000 for Belgium;
EUR 10 000 for Bulgaria;
EUR 1 500 000 for the Czech Republic;
EUR 40 000 for Denmark;
EUR 400 000 for Germany;
EUR 10 000 for Estonia;
EUR 10 000 for Ireland;
EUR 100 000 for Greece;
EUR 7 000 000 for Spain;
EUR 3 000 000 for France;
EUR 300 000 for Italy;
EUR 50 000 for Latvia;
EUR 40 000 for Lithuania;
EUR 170 000 for Hungary;
EUR 10 000 for Malta;
EUR 40 000 for the Netherlands;
EUR 360 000 for Austria;
EUR 50 000 for Poland;
EUR 2 200 000 for Portugal;
EUR 100 000 for Romania;
EUR 250 000 for Slovenia;
EUR 50 000 for Slovakia;
EUR 20 000 for Finland;
EUR 100 000 for Sweden.
3.The maximum of the costs to be reimbursed to the Member States for the programmes referred to in paragraph 1 shall on average not exceed:

EUR 0,3 per dose;

EUR 0,45 per dose;

EUR 1,50 per bovine animal vaccinated, regardless of the number and types of doses used;

EUR 0,75 per ovine or caprine animal vaccinated, regardless of the number and types of doses used.
