Council Decision of 7 September 2009 appointing one Dutch member and one Dutch alternate member of the Committee of the Regions (2009/701/EC) (c. 701)

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2010:

(a)

as member:

• Mr Dick BUURSINK, Gedeputeerde van de provincie Gelderland,

and

(b)

as alternate member:

• Mr Co VERDAAS, Gedeputeerde van de provincie Overijssel.

Article 2

This Decision shall take effect on the day of its adoption.
