Council Decision of 27 April 2009 appointing one German member and one German alternate member of the Committee of the Regions (2009/398/EC) (c. 398)

Article 1

The following are hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2010:

(a)

as member:

Mr Hermann KUHN, Mitglied der Bremischen Bürgerschaft;

and

(b)

as alternate member:

Mr Reinhard LOSKE, Senator für Umwelt, Bau, Verkehr und Europa der Freien Hansestadt Bremen.
