Council Decision of 27 November 2008 on the full application of the provisions of the Schengen acquis in the Swiss Confederation (2008/903/EC)

By way of derogation to Annex II of Council Regulation (EC) No 539/2001 of 15 March 2001 listing the third countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas when crossing the external borders and those whose nationals are exempt from that requirement(1), Switzerland is authorised to maintain the visa exemption for Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados and Saint Kitts and Nevis from 12 December 2008 until the entry into force of the visa waiver agreements between the European Community and each of these countries.
