Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 88(2) thereof,

3. CONCLUSION
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
The formal investigation procedure initiated on 10 October 2000 in respect of Mines de potasse d’Alsace pursuant to Article 88(2) of the Treaty is hereby terminated.
This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
