Article 1 U.K.

The Sate aid which France has implemented as development aid for the construction of the cruise ships Pacific Princess (formerly R3) and Tahitian Princess (formerly R4), in the form of tax concessions, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(e) of the Treaty.

Article 2 U.K.

This Decision is addressed to the French Republic.
