Title and interpretation
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Environment (Wales) Act 2016 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2017.
(2) In this Order “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Environment (Wales) Act 2016.
Provisions coming into force on 1 April 2017
2. The appointed day for Part 6 of the Act coming into force is 1 April 2017 so far as not already in force.
