Title and interpretation
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2015.
(2) In this Order, “the Act” (“y Ddeddf”) means the Human Transplantation (Wales) Act 2013.
Provisions coming into force on 12 September 2015
2. The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 12 September 2015—
(a)sections 7 to 9 for the purpose of making regulations;
(b)section 15, except for paragraph (e) of subsection (4); and
(c)section 20.
Provisions coming into force on 1 December 2015
3. The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming in to force is 1 December 2015—
(a)sections 3 to 6;
(b)sections 7 to 9 (in so far as they are not in force);
(c)sections 10 to 13;
(d)section 14, except for paragraph (b) of subsection (3); and
(e)sections 16 to 19.
