11.  In regulations 12(1), 12(4), 12(9)(b), 12(15), 15A(1), (2) and (5), 17(1) to (3), (8) and (11), 26(1), (5), (10)(b) and (15) for “school” in each place it occurs substitute “federation or federated school”.
