Persistent Organic Pollutants Regulations 2007

287.—(1) Regulation 3(1) of the Persistent Organic Pollutants Regulations 2007(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In sub-paragraph (a), omit “and Wales”.

(3) After sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) in Wales, the Natural Resources Body for Wales;”.
