SCHEDULE 2 Amendment of non-education Subordinate Legislation

Children (Leaving Care) (Wales) Regulations 2001

4.—(1) The Children (Leaving Care) (Wales) Regulations 2001(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 7(5)(d) for “the local education authority for the area in which the child lives” substitute “the local authority (if different) for the area in which the child lives if that authority has exercised any education functions in relation to the child”.
