Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997

3.  In regulation 3 of the Education (Assisted Places) (Incidental Expenses) Regulations 1997(1), in paragraph (c) of the definition of “school travel expenditure” for “local education authority” substitute “local authority in the exercise of education functions (within the meaning of the Education Act 1996)”.
