Title, application, commencement and cessation
1. These Regulations—
(a)are entitled the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (No.5) (Wales) Regulations 2007;
(b)apply in relation to Wales;
(c)come into force at 2.00pm on 18 October 2007; and
(d)cease to have effect on 15 November 2007.
