Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of these Regulations is the National Health Service (Free Prescriptions and Charges for Drugs and Appliances) (Wales) Regulations 2007 and they come into force on 1 April 2007.
(2) These regulations apply in relation to Wales.
