1. The title of this Order is the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2006. It applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 30 November 2006.
2.—(1) The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In paragraph (2) of article 6 (which specifies the date until which disinfectants subject to transitional provisions remain approved), for 30 June 2005 substitute “28 February 2007”.
(3) For the table in Schedule 1 (which lists approved disinfectants) substitute the table in Schedule 1 to this Order.
(4) For the table in Schedule 2 (which lists disinfectants subject to transitional provisions) substitute the table in Schedule 2 to this Order.
3. The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2005(2) is revoked.
