Amendment of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1 and Savings) (Wales) Order 2006

11.  In article 5(1) of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 1 and Savings) (Wales) Order 2006(1) —

(a) after “section 32” insert “(7) and (8)”; and

(b) omit “, and Part 2 of Schedule 2 to,”.
