Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Scallop Fishing (Wales) Order 2005.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales and comes into force on 29 June 2005.
(3) In this Order “Wales” has the same meaning as in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 1998(1) and “Welsh waters” means those sea areas within Wales.
