The Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 30 and 146(1) and (2) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1996 c. 53; the functions of the Secretary of State under these sections were, so far as exercisable in relation to Wales, transferred to the National Assembly for Wales by article 2 of and Schedule 1 to the National Assembly for Wales (Transfer of Functions) Order 1999, S.I. 1999/672, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations. Section 30 was amended by article 11 of and Schedule 3 to, the Regulatory Reform (Housing Assistance) (England and Wales) Order 2002, S.I. 2002/1860 (“the 2002 Order”).
