8.—(a) in subsection (2) at the end insert “and shall be competent to advise about the implementation in zoos of the conservation measures referred to in section 1A”; and
(b)in subsection (3) after “welfare,” insert “to advise about the implementation in zoos of the conservation measures referred to in section 1A,”.
