31. In section 97 (appointment by FCA of persons to carry out investigations), in subsection (1)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii)any other provision of qualifying prospectus legislation or qualifying transparency legislation;”;
(b)in paragraph (b), for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii)any other provision of qualifying prospectus legislation or qualifying transparency legislation;”;
(c)in paragraph (ba)(1), for the words from “by that person of” to the end substitute “by that person of qualifying transparency legislation;”.
