283.—(1) The Appendices to Annex 4 are amended as follows.

(2) In Appendix 2—

(a)in the title, for “EASA Form 11” substitute “CAA Form 11”;

(b)on the first page of the form—

(i)for “[Member State (*)] A Member of the European Union (**)” substitute “United Kingdom”;

(ii)for “[Member State code (*)]” substitute “United Kingdom”;
