Approvals for the purposes of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002 U.K.

2.  The repeals of section 1(2) of the European Union (Accessions) Act 2003 and section 1(2) of the European Union (Accessions) Act 2006, which approved maters in accordance with the requirements of section 12 of the European Parliamentary Elections Act 2002 M1 , have no effect on the validity of anything done, or omitted to be done, in relation to matters approved.
