5. In regulation 3(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Regulations 2015(1), in the definition of “oil” for the words “Merchant Shipping (Dangerous or Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 1996” substitute “Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Pollution from Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2018”.
