2.—(1) The National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 2005(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 4 (calculations of charges)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “£20.60” substitute “£21.60”;
(b)in paragraph (2), for “£56.30” substitute “£59.10”;
(c)in paragraph (3), for “£244.30” substitute “£256.50”;
(d)in paragraph (4), for “£244.30” substitute “£256.50”;
(e)in paragraph (5), for “£20.60” substitute “£21.60”.
(3) In regulation 12A (charges in respect of primary dental services provided under a prototype agreement), in paragraph (2), for “20.60” substitute “21.60”.
