1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs and Misuse of Drugs (Safe Custody) (Amendment) (England and Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2018 and come into force on the 1st April 2019.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.
