4.—(1) The Financial Collateral Arrangements (No. 2) Regulations 2003(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (4) of regulation 4, for “Sections 860” substitute “Sections 859A” and for “874” substitute “859H”.
(3) Omit regulation 5.
