72. In rule 28.2—
(a)in paragraph (1)—
(i)omit “and to paragraph (2)”;
(ii)for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)in the definition of “authorised court officer” in rule 44.1(1), for the words in sub-paragraph (i) substitute “the family court”;”; and
(iii)omit sub-paragraph (b); and
(b)omit paragraph (2).
