2. A person guilty of an offence under article 7(10), paragraph 2(2)(b) or paragraph 3(6)(b) or (c) of Schedule 2 or paragraph 3(b), (c) or (d) of Schedule 6 is liable on conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine or to both.
