1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Apprenticeships (Form of Apprenticeship Agreement) Regulations 2012 and come into force on 6th April2012.
(2) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009; and
“the 1996 Act” means the Employment Rights Act 1996(1).
