27. In paragraph 6(a) of Schedule 6 to the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) (the Countryside Council for Wales – constitution and membership), after “bankrupt or” insert “had a debt relief order (under Part 7A of the Insolvency Act 1986) made in respect of him or”.
