Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 135A, 135B, 141C(1)(b), 210(4) and (7) and 214(1) and (2)(b) of the Education Act 2002(1).

2002 c.32. Sections 135A, 135B and 135C were inserted by section 9 of the Education Act 2011 (c. 21) (“the 2011 Act”). Section 141C(1)(b) was inserted by section 8. See section 212(1) of the Education Act 2002 for the definitions of “prescribed” and “regulations”.
