Amendment of the 2005 Regulations

17.  In regulation 12 (inspectors)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph (1) after “discharge” insert “or release”;

(b) in paragraph (3)—

(i) in sub-paragraph (a) after “discharge” insert “or release”; and

(ii) in sub-paragraph (j) omit “granted under these Regulations”.
