In regulation 6(8), for the definition of “EIA application”, substitute ““EIA application” has the same meaning as in regulation 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2011 and “environmental statement” means a statement which the applicant refers to as an environmental statement for the purposes of those regulations”.
