The Equality Act 2010 (Public Authorities and Consequential and Supplementary Amendments) Order 2011 No. 1060

Consequential amendment coming into force on 5th April 2011

5.  In paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998(1) (adjudicators: procedure), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) section 149 of the Equality Act 2010,”.
