219. In section 52 (interpretation) omit the definition of “the Lands Tribunal” and insert in the appropriate place—
““the appropriate tribunal” means—
(a)
in relation to England and Wales, the Upper Tribunal;
(b)
in relation to Scotland, the Lands Tribunal for Scotland;”.
