2. Schedule 15(1) to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Enactments conferring functions) is amended by inserting at the end “Gambling Act 2005 (c.19)”.
Schedule 15 has been amended by paragraphs 1 to 18 of Schedule 2 to SI 2003/1400; by paragraph 174(1) and (7) of Schedule 17 to the Communications Act 2003 (c.21); by section 12(3) of the Fireworks Act 2003 (c.22); by paragraph 36(1) and (4) of Schedule 7 to the Water Act 2003 (c.37); and by paragraph 18(1) and (4) of Schedule 12 to the Railways Act 2005 (c.14).
