SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENT OF THE FIREFIGHTERS' PENSION SCHEME AS IT HAS EFFECT IN ENGLAND AND SCOTLAND

11.  In rule C9 (effect of remarriage)(1), in paragraphs (1) and (2)—

(a) for “remarries”, substitute “marries, remarries, forms a civil partnership or a subsequent civil partnership”; and

(b) after “marriage”, insert “or civil partnership”.
