The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2004

3.—(1) The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 26th April 2004.

(2) Those provisions are—

• sections 1 to 9;

• sections 13 to 19, together with Schedule 1;

• sections 26 to 31, together with Schedule 2;

• sections 47 and 48;

• sections 52 and 53;

• sections 80 to 85;

• section 88;

• section 91;

• paragraphs 1 to 4, 7 to 16, 38 to 44, 61 to 71, 75 to 83 of Schedule 5; and

• the entries in Schedule 6 which are listed in paragraph (3).

(3) The entries in Schedule 6 (repeals) are those relating to—

• the Criminal Justice Act 1987(1);

• the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 1990(2);

• the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(3);

• the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995(4);

• the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001(5); and

• the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002(6).
